Our Mesa, Arizona location is a full emulsion facility. We stock most common emulsions and can make any specialty cationic emulsions, as well as seal coat, mastic seal and crack seal.
OptiFog
The Optimum line is our Premium line of products. OptiFog sets faster and is tougher than conventional fog seals. It also helps stop raveling.
Mastic Seal (Onyx & Axys)
Mastic seals are highly polymerized coatings designed for durability and toughness, quick drying, dark color and impermeability. For any road up to 55 mph.
Tack (CSS-1H)
For tack between lifts. Both ADOT certified and day to day jobs, our CSS gets the job done.
Fog Seal (CSS1H)
Fog seals are great for extending the asphalt life without paying the high costs of other treatments.
Chip Seal (CRS-2 & CRS-2P)
CRS for the standard chip jobs, or polymer modified for the jobs that could use more durability or have higher traffic loads.
Slurry (CQS-1H & CQS-LM)
CQS for your standard slurry, or latex modified for the jobs where you want more durability.
Seal Coat (Quality Seal)
Quality Seal contains the right balance of solids and liquids. Formulated for the power steering turns and tight cornering.
Micro-Surface (MSE)
Micro Emulsions are a premium slurry fortified with a high amount of latex for increased durability and faster curing.
Crack Seal (Hot Applied & Cold Pour)
Before you start your job, we have the material for sealing your cracks. Hot applied for those with kettles, or cold pour for those that don't.
Prime Coat (PE-P)
Before you pave, or for holding RAP or ABC, our penetrating prime coat is what you need. For all jobs, our PE-P gets the job done.
PMRE
Polymer Modified Rejuvenating Emulsions are used for fog seal on various types of roads. From interstates to highways.
Cutback (MCs & SCs)
MCs and SCs for chip seals, prime coats and cold mix asphalt. MCs for a faster cure and SCs for slower curing.
